Finally, apple announced the expected 2nd generation iPhone yesterday on WWDC 2008. As the rumors predicted, the iPhone 2.0 comes GPS, 3G wireless, and it’s cheaper; a lot cheaper than the first generation. For $199, you now can grab a new 8GB iPhone with 2 years of contract. However, now you’re no longer able to activate it yourself from the iTunes as what you would do with the first gen. That means getting an unlocked version of this phone is going to be harder, but I’m sure there are bunch of people out there who can’t wait to unlock this mighty phone.
This time comes from GeekSugar.com. Their source claimed that the new iMac is coming next week. Even though there is no new design involved, the new iMacs will sport the Penryn processor and higher capacity hard drive. So if you’re planning to buy a new iMac tomorrow … please hold on for a couple days more.
Are you bored with the standard looking wristwatches? Me too! Yesterday, my sister told me that the Tokyoflash is the new “it” watches. So I checked their website (and Google) and found these unusual watches.
Now, you don’t want to miss opportunities to catch a great moment on video and show it off on YouTube right? But what? You don’t want to carry around several gadgets at a time with you? Of course no one does. Moto Z10 is the answer of your problem. With the new Motorola Z10, you can edit, capture, and upload your video without the need of computer. All you need to do is press the record button and add some music, text, comments, or visual effects using the storyboard editing feature. Pretty neat eh?
These watches feature a built-in Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT), to be used in case of real emergency only. When in distress, the transmitter is activated, which summons rescue crews to one’s location. It uses the 121.5MHz frequency, which is reserved internationally for aeronautical distress transmissions. The Breitling Emergency Mission can literally save a life
Get this, the upcoming iPhone will not only incorporated 3G HSDPA but also a GPS module. The rumored iPhone reported to be colored glossy black and will be slightly thicker.
No wonder the BenQ T60 was winning the 2008 red dot design award. This slim phone with glass-like finish and only 0.89 cm in thickness is a real head-turner.
Features that come with this phone are on higher standard too:
As a multimedia cellphone, the T60 is equipped with music player and FM radio. What unique about this is that you can play the recorded radio casts as your alarm. There are also features to blacklist calls and Calling background sound.
For the photos, you can make a slide show beautified with music. Too bad this pretty phone does not come with 3G HSDPA.
Hungry for style and high tech gadget? Samsung has the right phone for you. P520 is only 10 mm thick, equipped with touch screen, and 3.2 megapixels camera. Priced around US$680.
